The Centre for Islamic and Community Studies / Pusat Pengkajian Islam dan Masyarakat (PPIM) is a strategic research institute at Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University (UIN) Jakarta that focuses on the study of Islam and social issues. PPIM UIN Jakarta is committed to realising a peaceful, harmonious, and inclusive society that is sustainable. In addition, PPIM also aims to enhance the advancement of evidence-based research related to Islam and Social Issues in Indonesia.
The INKLUSI Program is partnering with PPIM UIN to conduct research on promoting a child-friendly environment in Islamic boarding schools, with a focus on addressing issues related to the safety and well-being of women and girls.
